Owning PVEN is extremely risky because no one knows for sure what APS will do.
APS has a history of being sneaky and this may not be the pick. If APS releases another pick, PVEN will fall so fast no one will be able to sell. If it is the pick, APS would be in total control and may even dump the pps to 0.10-0.12 before they release it so it can have greater potential gains.

And remember, no one knows for sure, only speculation.
