I could be wrong but I think Mrkt might be referencing a valuation from a sight called gurufocus. It appears to be a legit site but i haven't looked into them to much. I read about them in businessweek.

They seem to put a valuation of $22.19 on DUTV but, they don't seem to have any info listed or even evaluated for the company. And I'm not sure if there is a algorithm involved in the process or if they just know something we don't or if it's a data error. I was actually thinking about contacting the site admin about it.
