What happened here is that the promo company got paid in shares to do the promo... They simply sold the shares they received from MLGT and converted them into cash straight into their pockets $$$. And off to the next promo for them, leaving current shareholders broke. Too bad there's no stopping these pump and dump companies. Criminals.
