From the conference call, I would say that they think they have a 25 billion dollar company with these patents. Considering recent buyouts. IE:

Cisco bought Sourcefile for 2.7 or 75 dollars per share.
Sourcefile has 36M shares (?)

Microsoft’s $7.2 billion deal to buy Nokia’s mobile phone business
Nokia has 3.7B shares

Cisco might be buying Checkpoint Systems, Inc. (CKP) and they are losing money daily?

Now seeing those companies, IMO, I would think that buyout could be between 2 billion to 25 billion. Maybe a more conservative view would be 1B till 7.2B. Since we have under 900M shares, the PPS could be $2-28 PPS or conservatively, $1-8 PPS.
