Dave, I live in St Paul, Minnesota. We are having warm Jan. Usually it is about 5 degrees, we are averaging about 25 degrees now. It does get cold. Coldest it ever got was 39 below zero and minus 90 degrees zero windchill. Temp is o.k., but the windchill will get to you.
