I agree with BeDub on that one. This is a perishable item. It would be great to stock the shelves, then have the demand come running. But, if they get there and find product that is old, that probably wouldn't look too good for repeat buyers.

If you have the demand first, at least you could still sell via the website and also see if Walgreens sales pick up and how much, then you could get an idea of demand to measure the supply to create. That may be more cost effective, especially when cost of goods is such an issue.

Obviously the best solution would be to increase demand and supply in sync.
