The real question is what is the cost of the rev increase (even if it is 3-5X
the previous quarter or year? Figure in the cost of financing, wages, property taxes, supplies as inventory, production of the miracle grow cubicals, etc. This company is buying these revs with DEBT and EXPENSES, as their cost. That's also our stock purchases. This is not a profitable company. Its competition will be the likes of Home Depot. No one would be wiling to buy anything this compnay has as small retail stores.

How effective, for instance, was the cost of the ad budget/unit of sales increase? I really doubt PHOT can sell the indoor grow cubes for less than $800. I could be wrong, but it still remains to be seen if small growers will go ape over the grow cubes. Maybe I indeed have it wrong and t hey will be a huge success.

But, doubtful, even if that is true, this company gets over $15 Million in annual sales. Tkhey do not have a unique product, that should be selling for say $250-350 . . . very doubtful PHOT can get the cost profitably (for them) down into that range.

I hold shares of PHOT but only for PR based stock price bursts.
Most likely someone will end up buying them up and folding into their own paper dream corporation.

I greatly hope for Vertical Farming and local self-reliance . . . but it has not happened yet. America eats from Super national Ag-Farms. I mean . . . self-steering and parking cars is the dawning rage for the majority.
Most buy chemical cigs, and do not grow their own tobacco. You can't even get anyone to steal a shovel . . . it has no resale value.

Reality is not the dream, dispite some politicos statement.
