Looks like he changed his mind and decided to move to new clean share structure in new company, giving every Bbda shareholder 1.5 value instead. Smarter move in my opinion as a buyback is just plain not possible unless PPS drops into low trip 0s.

The point is to clean up share structure to move to higher exchange after all. Why do something stupid to make non-shareholders happier about one point? They'll just shift efforts to another one.
