SHAREHOLDERS VOTE NO ACROSS THE BOARD LET_HD FINANCE.

This is ridiculous... ECOB signs the biggest deal ever with Home Depot and keeps it a secret. No wonder the stock doesn’t get bid up !!! Make this company make Home Depot pay for financing… Not the shareholders of ECOB. This company has got to learn that it has to make a profit… Not cater to Home Depot at it’s own demise and the demise of the shareholders of ECOB. People buy stock, to lend the company money, in return for a “share of the profit”, not to be looted and skinned alive financially, like a human ATM machine, while Home Depot continues to rake in billions. In my humble opinion.

STOP the reverse stock split and dilution. VOTE NO, NO, NO !!! They should be instantly promoting the hell out of this deal, product, and important ramifications of it’s use, like you might not have your structure burn down and be injured or killed ! MDBX went from 3 cents to 215 Dollars without a reverse stock split. Why ? They promoted the stock relentlessly !!! Through promotion they were able to make a product available for sale and distribution that isn’t even legal, under federal law, just because people want to smoke pot. Furthermore MDBX did not up list because the company was not worth $215 a share and full disclosure at up listing would have revealed that. The ECOB reverse stock split will not place the stock above one dollar for the duration specified for up listing. ECOB must earn it’s up listing by being stable and above one dollar because of demand, in order to be successful and continue to increase in value. This is an exciting technological breakthrough product that should be mass marketed to everyone globally.

Make ECOB run out of penny land on it’s own super valid merit. It is a fantastic product not a CIA intelligence report. With the reverse stock split, for every 1000 shares you bought, when the stock reaches a dollar, you will own 50. Would you rather have 1,000 shares and one thousand dollars or 50 shares and fifty dollars. And then there is dilution… You will have fifty shares not even worth fifty dollars. You could end up with less than 20 cents on the dollar. STOP the reverse stock split and dilution. VOTE NO, NO, NO !!!

In a world full of people of sane and sound mind it's a matter of awareness. People have to be made aware that this great product exists. Get the companies video demonstration on broadcast television and tell the entire world they can buy it now at Home Depot. Get the news out to all the building, investing, safety, Women’s etc., publications, internet sites, radio stations anywhere and everywhere. No mother want’s their family burned alive. Women have the maternal instinct and common sense to demand this kind of product be the legal safety standard. There is no excuse for not having several major promotion campaigns. It’s a matter of Life and Death. Without the reverse stock split and dilution it’s the investment opportunity of a lifetime, and that’s how it should be promoted. Let’s see ECOB go from 2 cents to twenty dollars ! Let’s end the ECOB financial woes with success . Let’s bring an end to the enormous loss of property, injury and death from buildings not made with this amazing product from ECOB. Go ECOB !!! Good Luck To All.
