Not sure Asher would be out for a significant profit.

They are getting the shares at a 56% discount so if they do not collapse the stock the profit is there regardless of the stock going up at all.

Its the discount rate that attracts these kinds of deals and not the hope of a company becoming hugely successful.

They will wish to keep support at the purchase price but most certain choose to sell what ever they can above that. Just think of it this way. If they sell with an average of .0007 and receive the shares at .0005 than they have achieved a 40% return on a 180 day investment. If that is not an amazing return, I am not sure what is.
