I hope so. Goog needs to be fixed. It has got its head swollen so big, it now thinks Obama will come to its rescue to save it from paying for its thievery of Lang's patents. This in addition to the money it is throwing around to defend the indefensible act of stealing, as simple as that. The jury saw it that way. The USPTO saw it that way. What surprises me is why this judge with all his years of judicial experience can't seem to see the obvious. I just hope this judge does not relegate the US justice system to the standards of those from third world banana republics where those with financial might and powerful political connections always win their cases regardless of the evidence. That is what I am truly afraid of from what I discern so far in the way goog is toying with this judge, imo in delays after delays. Enough is enough. Rule one way or the other instead of trying to re-litigate the case with this w/a BS.
