I received a response from IR yesterday, not much more then Tolley's response but a little more....see below.

Good Afternoon Mr. McAndrews,

I know BFHJ is not following directly with the SEC filing and are not required to since they are not. It has been 3 and a half months since the last update and if they were following the normal filing schedule we would've had financials a couple of weeks ago. I also know that you had mentioned that BFHJ's strategy would be to disclose financials via press releases instead of via otcmarkets.com in order to stay out of the grey markets. So knowing that, is there an issue with financials this quarter or should we be seeing them soon? Again thank you for your time.

Reply -- there are no issues with the financials. All ops continue to be on track. Nothing to disclose at this point. Cannot comment at this time on date of next disclosure.
