Thanks for your support and continued interest in our company. We have come a long way in the 6-8 months since taking control of what was formerly known as Phototron Holdings, and have many great plans for our new entity, GrowLife Inc.
I have to be candid and tell you that quite a few of your questions are simply not ok for me to answer. Unfortunately some of my answers would be considered privileged insider info, especially when talking stock price and dilution etc. Let me do my best to answer your questions without overstepping my boundaries.
We are fortunate to have a strong shareholder base that we all feel comfortable with. Many of our larger shareholders work under the GrowLife umbrella day to day, so we like to think there's a strong level of commitment and longevity in our team. Our goals are lofty but reachable, and I don't think anyone expects to stay leveled for much longer.
Our brick and mortar locations will definitely be a part of our core business, as they are great sources for revenue and offer significant branding opportunities as well. The exact number? Not sure.. But our plans include states like Washington and Colorado, as well as newly passed medical states such as Arizona and Massachusetts.
Cannabis.org will be launching sometime in 2013, and I'm sorry I cannot divulge any information regarding celebrity endorsements. What I can tell you is that I have a very strong background in the entertainment industry and you will not be disappointed with who shows up to help out.
Acquisition targets are always on our mind here at GrowLife. We have an active target list that I am personally updating and overseeing on a daily basis. GrowLife has great ties with many of the industry's best brands, so we're always in good standing and in great position to make moves when they make sense.
