don't get me wrong, the 800lb gorilla would be (will be) nice... but I think the Virgin settlement sent a shot across a lot of bows... as did Blackberry's miscue... the potential damages for infringement on such a large scale, would be massive... I think anyone and everyone will license - the patents, so far, seem rock solid... all imo only
