I spent too many posts on this topic. I'm sick of it.

I will say that while these current FUSE products display the FUSE absorption technology(whatever it is).

EJ definitely seeps through the skin and get deep into the muscle and works very well. Transdermal or not it contains their absorption tech/mixture/whatever it is and it works and penetrates the skin.

Power/electrofuse work better when taken as sublingual. I have tried under the same circumstances both sublingually and straight digestion. It works better under the tongue. Whether its sublingual or not I don't know, but it sure absorbs well I to the body. I tried 5 hour under the tongue but it doesn't work that way.

So whether or not these current products are actually transdermal and sublingual in disguise as topical and digestive is anyone's guess, unless of course you have lab test results proving it one way or another.

So if they are not trandermal and sublingual, who's to say that those products aren't currently being reviewed by FDA and/or being tested?

Perhaps FUSE actually did dumb down the current product offerings to topical and digestive, or perhaps they are transdermal and sublingual and just labelled them topical and digestive to get past strict FDA rules.

Those rules which some company follow and some do not, may be based on the FDA's own admission that they only go after the bigger fish in these circumstances.

So it's up to the company to decide if their product or company will be big or not. If not, then why bother as FDA won't even look at you. If you think your company or its products will be huge, then you live with the rules and / or find a way for your product to sell in some category and go through testing and FDA approval later then either change categories and/or change the product to not be dumbed down.
