Merging Windows Phone and WindowsRT makes sense. I said in April that the only logical reason for keeping WindowsRT alive was for mini Tablets which would run the same applications as the Windows Phone. Merge the two softwares into one which can be used for phones and phablets. And they need a new moniker for the phone/phablet software to prevent customer confusion ie use the Windows name only for x86 product and a totally different name for the ARM product.
