Here is the response: They sent via fax, we did not know until yesterday they changed the method. We will send back via messenger as they requested. Like anything sales related, the customer is free to change their method, we on the other hand must follow their directions. Until there is a formal change we must adhere to the original set of instructions which is to send via messenger and that everything be in writing. Faxing is legally accepted so maybe they felt it was okay to send via that method. Even so, why fax and not email? We would be happy with email, it is faster and easier for everyone.
