Very bad news. Honestly there is no good way to spin this.

The filing isn't going to give a cost basis. So we have no way of knowing how much money SNEY got for the shares until the co tells us. Either in filing or in PR.

0.001 is the par value of the stock on the cert of incorporation...doesn't reflect the purchase price.
