I think he is talking about the lawsuit ABF had against the IBT for concessions awarded to YRC when they were on the brink of bankruptcy. The lawsuit has been appealed multiple times, but was dismissed this past Friday. If he is thinking that YRC will sue ABF for defamation, I think he will be very disappointed that it will not be worth more than ABF is worth, and that it would probably cost more money to pursue than the reward. I'm not a legal expert, but that's my take on it.
