With an approved plan, AA doesn't have to go back to bankruptcy court if they win the DOJ trial Nov. 25th, the POR becomes effective and it's a double hitter: AA emerges from bankruptcy and AA/US merge!

The only way AA would have to revisit bankruptcy court is if AA and DOJ settle or AA/US loses Nov. 25th trial.

Pretty much just means that we have more time to ride the waves.
