Well remember the Web MD suit was the one where "peace talks" were initiated, which led to a big buildup by some shareholders for a money generating settlement of some kind. However as we know that did not happen, and instead news of a 'reprieve' of the initial lawsuit, so to speak, was announced. And of course that caused some upheaval from both sides of the cheering and bashing sections of MMRF. Now that the lawsuit has been put back into play, one could read into that in many different ways.

Not sure what to make of it personally. Will more than likely be a long drawn out process, as most lawsuits of this type usually are.
