Bullrun4U...What about this line from the filing:
provided that the Board of Directors determines to effect the reverse stock split and such amendment is filed with the Secretary of State of Nevada no later than one year from the date of the Special Meeting;

Seems to me that yes they approved it but won't necessarily apply it...just saying
