The PR regarding an agreement with Invisosoft does not mention that PVE would offer it on board ships so is not evidence that PVE owns or operates any ships. It appears Peter signed a reseller agreement. The share price actually dropped after the PR was released.

Web conferencing is done through Internet connections and there are literally hundreds of services, some of which are free.

Invisosoft's Webmeetingstoday service isn't even a particularly robust platform. People in the maritime industry can use any of the existing platforms for a video conference. There is no need for a unique platform just because the participants work in a particular industry.
