NHYT will be just fine, just let time do it's bidding, speculations are pointless at the moment, I enjoy a stock that's value follows what it's worth and right now it's perfect, in a week, we'll all be screaming that we were sitting at these levels for so long! Also the only thing I believe holding any PR's back is the other party who they sign on, anyone correct me if I'm wrong, I believe that both parties have to agree on it for it to be released. Has nothing to do with an 8-K though, unless maybe the PR pertained to the company they haven't yet acquired, ie if a company says they are acquiring another they may have to wait till it's full there's to released PR's. You may be slightly right on the 8-K and PR ties, but again I may be brutally wrong.
