I am in total agreement about a loi being non binding. Same goes for a MOU. Neither apply here because there is a signed agreement/contract between both parties. The next move would be for Mr stead to secure financing in order to consummate the deal. Your stating this is typical for p&d is incorrect. Continued claims of scam and etc do not work now. There is no mad dash to sell . Most are holding to the chagrin of those who would like otherwise .
