The Les Numbers =380 rule

Les' daily SOX scans. The 2003 rule to follow was short when the % above the 10, 21, 50, and 200SMA added up to 380 or greater. Currently we're at 356.

You need something like 98, 97, 95, and 91 to get that 380 we're looking for (currently 94, 91, 90, and 81 respectively)

The SOX may need 560 for that to occur.
