Postyle I agree with everything you have said so far I doubt anybody would want a protracted trial to prove that the Microsoft infringement was more than 5% of Googles having said that if we get an award from Google of 1 Billion Dollars Microsoft would be liable for only 50 Million if we get 500 Million its only 25 Million. You have to be awful petty to worry about Microsoft after a major score from Google JMO
