I have seen those trades. Obviously people willing to get out at any cost. If he takes the company private, he has to make us an offer we accept. One given to all share holders, he can't pick and choose. I don't think you can write your investment off as it is still a legitimate company. It appears he has taken it dark. Why he won't communicate with the share holders is a guess. He has abdicated all responsibility as a CEO. He is one of the worst I have seen in over forty years of investing.
