It was not extended. This status hearing was not a ruling. There was a possibility but not a certainty.

I don't have the exact filing but due to the nature of the impact of time on this case, I believe end of Sep is the latest this case can go. That is a month away, so not too long to wait either way.

Also with the privacy laws around this, for all we know a settlement might be in progress. The court though has to assume to continue deliberating until a ruling or a settlement.

In any case, things are coming to a conclusion soon.
