He accepted those shares even though they are not even worth a decent years salary now ,and according to elmo can only recede in value.LOL

Have you ever considered that after three years of begging for monies to keep CDEX going that he may have had to advance monies to keep things going. As a private concern he would be carrying notes for those transactions. After he busted his butt to get registeredas I stated yesterday further such transactions would have had to be made public.
This is my opinion,so don't ask me to supply proof, as any grade school student would ask.
Until you know the true reason for these moves ,you wwould be foolish to criticize them,so harshly.
Of course that situation never bothered you, before.
