I just found this when looking it up shed some light to how far along ASYI was! Which ASYI had 6 years I believe to create their software. Which makes no sense why everything ended well I should say publicly ended. Because everything just stopped.
Also one thing I keep bringing up about this company divesting it's subsidiary is that it's all in the writing within the filings. ASYI has "subsidiaries" but the wording only stated "subsidiary" I mean I see the difference. Here's another point that gets blatantly overlooked is the license agreement that was required to be returned. Here's my question and again it's in the writing; didn't ASYI just use Dynamic's software as a foundation building from that platform to create their own software "jet engine BPS"? That's my understanding.
