If this PR is to be true "sparked by illegal marijuana growers" then IMO it would be the perfect excuse for Gov to allow ALL states to follow CO and WA for decriminalization, legalization and reschedule as they can't afford to have these type of illegal growers destroy our fauna and flora

Anyway, ERBB has a complete solution: From production to monitor and sales of MMJ in a conrolled enviroment using RFID and IP Cameras which is exactly what the Gov. wants
