I believe that Madanthony2 was referring to the enormous amounts of money that have gone to management and "consultants" (more than $45 million listed in the last 10K.) The money came via loans primarily from Karlsson.

Insiders and "consultants" lined their pockets with money that should have been used for, and was intended for, development of the company.

You are, however, right that there are no current revenues from operations.
