I am not a financial adviser and I suggest any and all regardless of opinions reframe from telling anyone to buy at 0003 and sell at 0001 because legally, I think that's questionable.
You are entitled to your opinions and so am I. As long as we don't advise the market on how to buy and sell and stick within TOS I'm all about open debate.
The facts as I see it is from a technical standpoint in which the market is deciding a higher base is being set. The over head is clearing out above and history tells me that the stock will make a move.
The technicals here and now are what they are and fundamentally you can talk all day about what's happened in the past and it means zero to me. Although a great warning to everyone and I think all need to so proper TRUE diligence and not even read these boards.
The past should play an important role in any decisions but for me the past isn't the ONLY role in my decisions. I have to look at the current. I have to look at the market and what it's saying technically.
What I see is current is a list of material events that are transpiring for a reason. Some say that reason is BS scam fraud. I say that reason is potentially what is being said by company and accompanied my the technical data of the market as I've stated I think that my position at risk here is worth the reward that I am comfortable risking.
I don't care if you buy or sale, doesn't change why I AM buying. If people want to buy because they see I am buying then that's their decision. I haven't told anyone to buy PRPM.
Some say there is no value. I see value of 003 with current O/S and even fully diluted around .002 value with no multiplier or known assets if this merger takes place and earnings are factual.
Last I checked the goal of the market was to purchase stocks that would go up in value to sell for a profit.
Based on the information that's been released, my diligence, and technical perspective I feel that value is obtainable if all happens.
I am willing to risk my own money into my own decisions based on my own research and expect a return.
