I think the partnership would have to be huge and worth a lot of $$$$$$$ to get it that high that fast. I would also expect a big pull back at those levels. I could see $4, and I love INO, but that big a market cap for a company without ph 3 trial will be difficult to achieve. I could see a 7 to 8 pps if we see great ph 2 trial results in 2014. I think we need to see validation from both big pharma and trial to get there. IMO
