This has been hyped toooooo long and with PPS still in the gutter tells me SMART investors are agreeing with us!
They must also agree that if a $6 million dollar/year company with forward looking projections of $12 mill/year can't get a loan from someone....THERE MUST BE A PROBLEM WITH THAT COMPANY.
Among other red flags,but I digress...
