The U.S. Department of Justice's guidance Thursday on marijuana essentially punts the remaining questions back to Congress to create new laws around the issue.
Still unclear is how marijuana-based businesses can conduct banking, since many commercial institutions are still wary of dealing with a business at odds with federal law. Also unclear is what another attorney general would say on the same issue, Colorado's members of Congress said Thursday.
