There are different levels of winning though. FB might get a delay (I think they do) but they are trying to turn a month or 2 process into a 5 month one. Hopefully the courts call BS on that. I have not been encouraged though on how ridiculous the courts have been in relation to the cases of Virnetx and Vringo and I think investors have taken those totally unnecessary delays into account when considering DSS. I also still think DSS management has not done a good job in managing the previous lawfirm.
