Although I respect your pessimism as all have their own opinion but realize thinking that something will happen is only a thought not backed up by statistics.

Kind of like saying " I will or will not buy a lottery ticket because I think I may or may not win."

Technically nothing has changed for the company however this sector rally is ruled by sentiment and not always technical as are many tickers. Some have terrible statistics but people love the company. These are the sentiment buys that exist in the market.

Never to state where the price will end up and it may fall back but only looking from a technical aspect if you look back at the share price history structure it should be apparent that the avg. price of .013 to .015 is where share support typically holds this stock.

Is it important to do DD? of course. But just realize that the run is because of sentiment an not because the company itself created it.
