Copied from the 10-Q dated 19th of August 2013, info about Phase II:

Phase 2 is slated to begin in September 2013, and will consist of more than 100 motorcycle taxis showcasing the Wheelies project in several busy, upscale areas around Bangkok, Thailand. This initial implementation will also function as the engineering trials in preparation for the product's commercial release.
