She resigned from Claridge the same day GPB terminated the deal this year. As the "updated" date is 12/17 last year, I suspect this was filed in anticipation of the Claridge<>GPB deal. Aruba Capital Management already has a bottling company, Casey Container, with the same technology. My email to Aruba was returned "undeliverable". I sent email to Kelly Wood. No reply yet.
