I'm very confused. At what moment in her brief career as for-profit CEO do you deem she is not lying?

I am not a negative person at all. I have worked with 100s of top companies in my past. I do not see how anyone could look at the actions, history, discrepancies, salaries, bonuses and our share price as deem anything "above board."

There is a fundamental lack of business ethics and fiduciary responsibility to shareholders that is absent.

That is a FACT until it is no longer a fact.
