That opinion naively understates/dismisses the influence Fanus and boy b*tch had on the stock price, even temporarily. It was so debilitating, the company addressed the allegations in the research directly in a special conference call. Not zero.

Certainly another organization/s, maybe NVS, and maybe GS, were behind the whole putrid mess, and acting in congress, but don't dismiss the tactics of those jackazzes. They successfully hammered us into a downward channel and we're still pretty much there.
