I called BIG APPLE to ask about the uplisting. I had read in the press release that HISC would issue new stock at the uplisting at 0.50/share. I asked how they could do that without a reverse 1 for 10 split? They told me that there is no talk of doing a 1 for 10 and that they are confident that not only can they get the new issue of stock at the .50/share price but that the PPS will continue to increase as the revenue rolls in. I was very confident after talking with them and I can't wait to see it at the .50. My question was really what is going to stop a mass sell off at the .50 level and what buying presure will be there to keep it going higher? My thoughts are that a company in the pink sheets that is making a profit now and one that will continue to show a profit even on the OTC Board will be rare and will hold a strong PPS. What does everyone else think?
