Proft, thanks for the analysis. I'm thinking that you are pretty close to spot on at .90-1.00 pps with the 250 million shares. Once the coal is shipping near the phase III rates.

The mine to the south of Lily is the Sunrise Mine. Trades as symbol HNRG. It trades 9X, PPS 8 to $9.00 and outstanding shares of 28 million. I'm thinking that we will have a similar situation once VHGI gets past all of the humps and bumps.
