Investment Thesis.
Folks should not over analyze the current state. These guys are working a project attempting to unlock Billions in mineral wealth. It is not a fly by night operation, nor a random property with a mere few stuck holes planned. The DD will bear this out and if any of you have learned anything about the mineral exploration business it is that it MUST be methodical, deliberate and capital intensive. With that said what is both logical and expected??
Surely they are being methodical with the ZTEM, pinpoint accuracy is crucial. Before any results should be released, it makes sense to review, ensure you capture all available lands and develop a drilling plan that suits the geology and landscape. Regardless of what you believe the recent financing activities gives you the HINT...
So then what... I am expecting ZTEM to be followed closely by any claim tidying up and permitting finalization. Financing for phase 1 scout with possible options for a phase 2 scout is most likely in the works and ready to go. From there I am looking for a drilling plan and timeline. Meanwhile, I am expecting them to groom potential large scale JV partners. Serious interest is both implied and logical considering the prevalence of minerals in AZ, the expertise of the principle geologists, their associations and the massive logistical advantage HM offers.
With all factors considered, and a strong metals market, a few 100 million mrkt cap is very doable. If the economic grades are there and significant, well my opinion would be someone makes JB an offer he can't refuse.... And this thesis speaks nothing of the uranium claims in limbo and the stalled AK project.
