Forgive me if I am wrong....but the statement that "except they have no money"....Isn't that why we are here as shareholders? To buy shares so that MJNA can get the money they need to do exactly what you said they are not set up to do. Also, don't you think that those companies who were afraid to invest in MJNA (because they would have been prosecuted) can now openly invest in MJ companies. Banks that would not have given loans to companies like MJNA for fear of prosecution now don't have to worry about that. But, I could be wrong...
