Now I'm really curious as to why the former independents did not re-up their board seats in April. If I were into researching more about this company, that's what I would want to know.

Make a mistake or delay on the OTC and you get your head handed to you.

I hope this is not another case where great technology/products are not matched by the integrity of management. I've seen too many of those.

That said, if the new CEO has his stuff together, and new independents are named within a month or so, and no more shoes drop then this company might well fight its way back.
