PENNY, penny biotechs are always dicey, but here we have a science that appears to be effective and that's crucial, as lousy as management has been and currently is. We've seen all this before.
So many possibilities ahead, from management getting things straightened out and an uplisting on good clinical news, to a buyout and we end up owning shares of some pharma.
