I guess what's disturbing to me is the complacency of the BOD and management in tolerating the dilution of their own shares. How can they care about your shares when they don't seem to be too concerned about their own? Of course they can issue stock to each other on a whim, and who cares? They also don't seem to be too concerned about their collective lack of experience and inability to market a product without outside help. Had shareholder equity been held in higher esteem, positive changes would have been made on your collective behalf a long time ago.
